Integrating Above the Line Principles, Behaviors & Language: Sept 16th with Julianna

We've created a short list of principles, behaviors and language that codify Above the Line leadership and the Below the Line leadership.  

In this free, 60-minute workshop exclusively for Lead by Design graduates, we will review the two versions of leadership. We'll invite you to reflect and share how you are drawing from Above the Line assets and include honest discussion about where Below the Line leadership is showing up, either individually or collectively in the workplace.  

We'll be sharing a new handout and exercise targeting Above the Line leadership for you to carry forward from the workshop.
