In this free, 60-minute workshop exclusively for Lead by Design graduates we'll review the steps and mindsets for receiving feedback above the line, including some new material we've added. We'll practice the skills. And we'll have time for discussion.
For leaders, there is real value in learning to be fully present and responsive, rather than reactive, to feedback. Our workshop is an opportunity to practice this skill with others committed to leading above the line.
