Lead by Design IDD Scholarships

 

Crafted Leadership is committed to supporting leaders dedicated to working with those with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). We recognize the important and complex work these leaders do, often without professional development budgets or professional communities to support leadership potential and development. 

 

To support these dedicated leaders, we created the Crafted Leadership Scholarship Program for Leaders in the IDD Fields. We offer full-tuition scholarships in our public Lead by Design courses to individuals who meet the following criteria:
 

• Currently working full-time in the field with plans to stay in the field

• Holds a leadership position or is interested in being a leader in their organization

• Committed to their personal growth and leadership development

Scholarship recipients will be expected to pay for materials ($150) and provide their own transportation, lodging, and meals during the course. We will work with you if any of these expenses create financial hardships.
