Meet Nancy
Nancy Kepner is a leadership coach, facilitator, and founding partner of Crafted Leadership. She has been studying, practicing, and teaching conscious leadership since 2007, supporting individuals to make powerful shifts in behaviors and awareness that strengthen their capacity to lead across professional and personal contexts.
Alongside her Crafted Leadership co-founder, Julianna Christie, she has developed comprehensive leadership development resources for teams and leaders including Deloitte, Voya, BBDO, Techstars, Ancestry, Colorado and Utah government agencies, public school districts, and the Colorado Bar Association.

Experience
Prior to founding Crafted Leadership, Nancy spent over 15 years in senior leadership in operating roles, including as an executive director. That business experience, coupled with training and experience in the fields of neurobiology, meditation, and behavior analysis, have provided her with holistic, empirically supported approaches to her work with leaders.
Nancy holds a BA from Baylor, an MA from University of Texas, an MEd from Western Washington University, and is a former board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). She’s a certified coach with the Evolutionary Power Institute, the Hendricks Institute, and a Feeding Your Demons® facilitator through Tara Mandala.

A competitive tennis player, she is skilled at cultivating high performance in herself and others.
A resident of Fort Collins, Colorado, she serves on the board of Foothills Gateway, Inc., and the Local Legislative Affairs Council at the Chamber of Commerce and writes regularly on conscious leadership topics. She lives on a beautiful lake with her partner Kristie, two dogs and a cat, and fantastic nightly sunsets.
